The Route We Will Follow

The route that we will take on our 5-day journey between Lands End and Botany Bay is as follows. As much as possible we will folow the coastal cycle paths and minor coastal roads for the duration of the trip.

The first day of our challenge will see us get up early and ride to Lands End to get started. That first day is hilly, riding from Lands End to St. Austell. Once we get to St. Austell, we will get some rest, recovery and sleep ready for Day 2. 102
2 Wednesday
8th April 2009
St. Austell to Seaton is another day full of hills. Once again recovering at Seaton for the night. 104
3 Thursday
9th April 2009
Seaton to Bournemouth, staying at Bournmouth for the night. 102
4 Friday
10th April 2009
Bournemouth to Brighton - staying at Brighton for night preparing for last leg. 99
5 Saturday
11th April 2009
Brighton - Botany bay - very long last leg including a couple of nasty climbs at Folkestone and Dover. 101
